Cookie Policy
Effective August 29, 2026
This Cookie Notice explains how Path Peptides, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on pathpeptides.com. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, and device identifiers. They can remember settings, maintain sessions, support shopping carts, prevent fraud, measure performance, and—if enabled—support advertising.
2. Categories We Use at Launch
- Strictly necessary: authentication, security, fraud prevention, network management, load balancing, shopping cart, checkout, and core Website functions. These cannot be disabled through a preference tool when required to provide the service.
- Functional: language, region, display, saved preferences, and optional convenience features.
- Analytics and performance: limited measurement of page performance, traffic, errors, and aggregate interaction patterns to maintain and improve the Website. Analytics providers must be configured and contracted to act only for Path’s permitted purposes.
3. Advertising Technologies
The launch configuration assumed for this Notice does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. Path must update this Notice, its Privacy Policy, consent and opt-out tools, and vendor configuration before enabling those technologies.
4. Your Choices
You may manage nonessential technologies through any cookie-preference control displayed on the Website and through browser settings. Deleting cookies may remove saved preferences. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent authentication, cart, checkout, security, or other functions. Where applicable law requires, Path will honor a recognized universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.
5. Do Not Track
Because there is no uniform standard for traditional “Do Not Track” signals, the Website does not respond to them as a separate signal. This does not affect our handling of legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals as described above.
6. Updates and Contact
We may update this Notice when technologies, vendors, or law change. The updated date will appear above. Questions may be sent to Info@pathpeptides.com.
