Refund Policy

Effective August 29, 2026

Important: Because product identity, integrity, storage history, and chain of custody cannot be assured after shipment, all sales are final and Path Peptides does not offer refunds, credits, or discretionary returns for shipped Products. Path may, in its sole discretion, replace a qualifying Product under the limited circumstances below. Do not return any Product unless Path first provides written authorization and shipping or disposition instructions.

1. Scope and Relationship to Other Terms

This No-Refund and Product Replacement Policy (the “Policy”) applies to Products ordered from Path Peptides, LLC (“Path,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website or through another sales channel that incorporates this Policy. It forms part of Path’s Website Terms of Use and Sale (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings stated in the Terms.

If this Policy conflicts with accepted order-specific terms, the accepted order-specific terms control. To the extent of a direct conflict concerning return, refund, or replacement eligibility or remedies, this Policy controls as the posted return policy referenced in the Terms; in all other respects, the Terms control. Nothing in this Policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Final-Sale Rule

Except as required by applicable law, all sales of shipped Products are final. Path does not provide cash refunds, payment reversals, credits, exchanges, or discretionary returns. Path does not provide relief for convenience, buyer’s remorse, changes in business needs or intended use, customer ordering errors, inability to obtain a license or other approval, or failure to meet customer-specific requirements not expressly accepted by Path in writing. The limited replacement process below does not create a general return, exchange, credit, or refund right.

3. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before shipment, but a cancellation is effective only when Path confirms it in writing. Path may be unable to cancel an order once processing, allocation, production, special procurement, packaging, or shipment has begun. Custom, made-to-order, temperature-controlled, short-dated, regulated, or specially procured Products may be noncancelable.

If Path cancels an accepted prepaid order, Path will refund the amount paid for the canceled item. If Path cannot ship within a promised or legally required period, Path will provide any delay notice, consent option, cancellation right, or refund required by applicable law. A legally required refund for a canceled or unshipped item does not create a right to a refund for any shipped Product.

4. Issues Potentially Eligible for Replacement Review

Subject to the deadlines, documentation, and exclusions below, Path may review a replacement claim involving:

  • Shipping damage or temperature excursion. The shipment arrived with visible physical damage, tampering, compromised packaging, or an out-of-range temperature indicator attributable to transit before delivery.
  • Shortage or incorrect Product. The shipment is missing an item or contains a Product, quantity, strength, lot, or format different from the accepted order.
  • Material nonconformity. The Product materially fails to conform to Path’s written specifications or the accepted order, after reasonable verification and excluding variation that falls within the applicable specification.
  • Latent issue. A nonconformity that could not reasonably have been discovered during the initial inspection is reported within the latent-claim period in Section 6.
  • Recall or withdrawal. Path directs a return, quarantine, destruction, or other remedy through a safety notice, market withdrawal, or recall communication.

5. Matters Not Eligible

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, no replacement or other remedy is available for: a Product that was opened, used, sampled, tested, altered, relabeled, repackaged, combined, formulated, compounded, transferred, resold, or otherwise removed from its original condition, except to the limited extent reasonably necessary to identify a claimed latent nonconformity; damage, degradation, contamination, loss, or temperature excursion arising after delivery from delayed pickup, refused delivery, an unsuitable delivery location, improper storage or monitoring, customer-arranged transportation, mishandling, unauthorized access, or failure to follow product-specific instructions; a custom, made-to-order, specially procured, short-dated, clearance, or final-sale Product when that status was disclosed before acceptance; a Product purchased from a reseller, marketplace, distributor, or any person other than Path, unless Path expressly assumes the claim in writing; minor cosmetic damage to outer shipping materials that does not affect Product identity, quantity, packaging integrity, or conformity; a claim submitted late, without reasonably requested evidence, or after the Product or packaging has been discarded, destroyed, shipped, or altered contrary to Path’s instructions; or

  • loss arising from an unauthorized, unlawful, or prohibited purchase, transfer, export, resale, marketing, handling, or use.

6. Inspection and Claim Deadlines

Inspect every shipment immediately upon receipt. Review the outer container, security seals, packaging integrity, Product identity, quantity, lot information, visible condition, and any included temperature or transit indicator. Before using, opening, or altering the Product, preserve the Product, all packaging, labels, shipping materials, indicators, photographs, video, and other evidence relevant to the claim.

  • Apparent issues. Report shipping damage, shortage, an incorrect Product, or any other issue reasonably discoverable on inspection within three (3) business days after delivery.
  • Latent issues. Report a latent issue within three (3) business days after discovery and, unless product-specific documentation states a different warranty period, no later than thirty (30) calendar days after delivery.

A delivery record from the carrier or other commercially reasonable evidence may establish the delivery date. Failure to inspect or submit a complete claim within the applicable period may result in denial to the maximum extent permitted by law. Recall and safety obligations are governed by the applicable notice and are not waived by these claim periods.

7. How to Submit a Claim

Submit the claim through the customer-support method identified on the Website or in the order confirmation. A claim is received only when Path generates a support ticket or confirms receipt in writing. Include all reasonably available information, including:

  • the customer name, order number, invoice number, delivery date, and contact information;
  • the affected Product name, quantity, lot or batch number, and expiration or retest date, if shown;
  • a clear description of the issue and when and how it was discovered;
  • photographs or video of the Product, labels, seals, packaging, shipping container, damage, and temperature or transit indicators;
  • storage, handling, receipt, and temperature-monitoring records reasonably relevant to the claim; and
  • any carrier notation, delivery exception, police report, or other supporting documentation reasonably requested by Path.

8. Quarantine; No Unauthorized Returns

Immediately quarantine any Product reasonably suspected of damage, contamination, tampering, mislabeling, or temperature excursion. Do not use, transfer, resell, dispose of, or ship the Product unless Path provides written instructions. Submission of a claim does not authorize a return.

If Path authorizes a return, Path will issue a return merchandise authorization or comparable written instruction and specify the destination, packaging, carrier, temperature controls, documentation, and timing. Path may instead direct quarantine, photographic documentation, independent testing, or destruction with written certification. An unauthorized return may be refused, destroyed, or held at the sender’s expense as permitted by law.

9. Evaluation of Claims

Path may review order and fulfillment records, photographs, carrier data, temperature information, chain-of-custody records, storage logs, certificates, testing data, returned material, and other relevant evidence. Path may require reasonable cooperation, including preservation of evidence, return of an affected Product, or evaluation by Path or a qualified third party. Acceptance of a claim for review is not an admission of defect, breach, or liability.

10. Replacement as Exclusive Remedy

After reasonable verification of a qualifying claim, Path may, in its sole and absolute discretion, replace the affected Product with the same Product or a commercially comparable Product. Path is not obligated to approve any claim merely because it was submitted or accepted for review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, replacement is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for shipping damage, shortage, an incorrect Product, or Product nonconformity.

Path does not issue a refund or credit in place of a replacement and does not reimburse original shipping, expedited-service charges, insurance, customs, duties, permits, taxes, or third-party fees, except when applicable law requires otherwise. If the exclusive replacement remedy cannot lawfully be enforced or fails of its essential purpose, any additional remedy is limited by the Terms and applicable law.

11. Replacement Processing

When Path approves a replacement, Path will determine the replacement Product, quantity, shipping method, destination, and release timing after completing its review and receiving any required return, destruction certification, or other disposition evidence. Path may condition shipment on completion of customer verification, correction of delivery or storage issues, and payment of charges not attributable to a verified Path error. A replacement does not restart or extend any warranty or claim period except as Path states in writing or applicable law requires.

12. Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Shipments

Report a suspected lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipment promptly through Path’s customer-support channel. Preserve tracking information and cooperate with carrier-claim requirements. Risk of loss and carrier-related obligations are governed by the Terms and accepted order-specific terms, subject to applicable law. Path may assist with a carrier claim without assuming the carrier’s liability or waiving contractual risk-of-loss provisions.

13. Safety Notices, Withdrawals, and Recalls

A safety notice, correction, market withdrawal, or recall may establish procedures and remedies different from this Policy. Follow that notice immediately, including any direction concerning quarantine, downstream notification, return, testing, destruction, documentation, or reimbursement. If a notice conflicts with this Policy, the notice controls for the affected Product and event.

14. Chargebacks and Duplicate Recovery

Before disputing a charge, contact Path and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Nothing in this Policy waives a lawful payment-card right. However, you may not obtain duplicate recovery through a Path replacement, carrier payment, insurance payment, legally required refund, or payment dispute for the same loss. Path may suspend processing while a chargeback or other duplicative claim is pending.

15. Abuse of Policy; Suspension or Termination

Path reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether this Policy or the replacement process has been abused, manipulated, misused, or invoked fraudulently. Abuse may include excessive or repetitive claims, materially inconsistent statements, false or altered documentation, intentional damage, failure to preserve or produce reasonably requested evidence, attempts to obtain both the original Product and a replacement, misuse of chargebacks, refusal to follow quarantine or disposition instructions, or conduct indicating an unauthorized or unlawful purchase, transfer, resale, or use.

If Path determines that abuse has occurred or that continued dealings present an unacceptable commercial, compliance, safety, fraud, payment, or reputational risk, Path may deny the claim and, without liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, restrict the account, cancel unaccepted orders, refuse future orders, suspend service, or immediately terminate its relationship with the buyer. This provision does not eliminate Path’s obligations concerning an order already accepted or any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Policy Changes

Path may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version in effect when Path accepts an order generally applies to that order, except that a later safety, recall, or legally required procedure may apply when stated.

17. Contact

Questions, cancellation requests, and claims must be submitted through the customer-support email address, webform, or other support channel displayed on the Website or in the applicable order confirmation. Keep your support ticket or written confirmation for your records
